PROJECT NAME

Yellow Flag Iris Control in Aquatic Ecosystems

CLIENT

Wildlife Habitat Canada and National Wetland Conservation Fund

DURATION

5 years

Wetland restoration often comes hand in hand with invasive plant control. We have worked across a variety of wetland ecosystems types from gravelly lakes to bogs. Our work specializes in controlling the aquatic invasive plant yellow flag iris and then restoring infested areas either via passive restoration or active planting of desirable species.
