The wetblade is a patented mower-deck used in roadside weed management. The tool simultaneously cuts vegetation and applies a small droplet of herbicide to the cut surface. While conducted in Minnesota, the results of our multi-agency study of the efficacy of the wetblade to control Canada thistle, as well as herbicide drift and off-target effects is transferrable to a variety of locations.
